First, we get to know each other and discuss your goals for our session. As your coach, I will ask profound questions to spark and expose your inner wisdom. Together we will explore your current life and the future you hope to create. We could establish a few obstacles and thought patterns that are holding you back from achieving your full potential. As your coach, I will help you to reframe problems and find innovative solutions, so you leave the Get2Know Discovery Session inspired and ready to start creating a new reality.
Together, we determine if you would like to go on a journey of self discovery and unravel complex and often hidden emotions to create greater self-understanding. In doing so, we will open the door to emotional balance by helping you to become smarter at understanding and navigating your emotions. In other words, you will discover grounded confidence and learn to optimise your inner strength. Above all, true self-acceptance will emerge and enable you to manage life’s challenges confidently and effectively.
Shifting and creating internal change isn’t easy, but it’s doable. Ultimately, if you put in your commitment to drive change, I will put in mine to assist you in making it happen!
